Not because we lack therapists — but because the system is broken:

• insurance is slow and opaque
• credentialing takes forever
• therapists spend ~50% of their time on admin

So instead of helping kids, they’re doing paperwork

Why now

• AI can finally automate large parts of billing, documentation, and insurance workflows
• therapists are increasingly going independent post-COVID
• families are more willing to seek therapy, but supply hasn’t caught up

We’re a small team in SF (engineering, ops, and gtm), working closely together day-to-day

Backed by leading early-stage investors, already working with 75+ therapists, and actively running care operations

We help them start and run their own practices
