We're hiring a Head of RCM to own our revenue cycle end-to-end – and to build it for the AI-first era.
This is not a traditional RCM role. We're actively building toward a future where AI agents handle the repetitive, rules-based work across credentialing, billing, and denial management. Your job is to design that future while running the operation today.
That means you'll come in with deep, hands-on RCM expertise – fluent in contracting, credentialing, and all aspects of billing – and you'll use that expertise to build systems that don't require a human to touch every claim. You'll design workflows with automation in mind from day one, and over time, partner with a dedicated engineer to bring those systems to life.
This is a highly versatile role. You'll troubleshoot at the claim level, lead a team, and shape how AI gets applied to revenue operations at Origin.
